MAKEUP POLICIES

• Lessons are a commitment to a set day and time, therefore only one make-up lesson will be offered per quarter, schedule permitting.

  • Summer – July, August, September

  • Fall – October, November, December

  • Winter – January, February, March

  • Spring – April, May, June

• Once a make-up lesson is scheduled it cannot be rescheduled.  

• Makeups may only be scheduled in the same quarter as the missed lesson.

• Makeups do not roll over from quarter to quarter.

• There are no adjustments in tuition for student absence.  

• Please do not bring children who are ill.  If your makeup has already been used you may attempt swapping lesson times or send a friend.

• Please notify your teacher if you must miss a lesson.
