Upright Bass Recommendations

Upright Bass Students will need:

  • Instrument - please talk to Clay before renting or making a purchase. He will help you find the most bang for your buck, as well as an instrument that is appropriate for the student’s frame. (Contact Clay here)

  • Rock stop - so the bass won’t slide on smooth surfaces.

  • Stringvision Bow Grip - to aid in loosely holding the bow.

  • Music stand - so there’s no slouching while playing!

  • Snark instrument tuner.
